Use of Personal Data
All data collected by us will be used for the purpose of
processing a booking or as detailed where the data is
collected. Your data will be kept secure and not passed
to any 3rd party.
Terms of Booking – Individual Guests
Bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of relevant
deposit and a confirmation email/letter will be sent.
Once booking is confirmed, cancellations prior to a week
of arrival date will be liable for loss of deposit (1
night’s stay per room). Cancellations after this will be
liable for the full cost of the booking. It is therefore
recommended that all guests take out holiday insurance.

weeks of arrival date will be liable for loss of deposit
(1 night’s stay per room). Cancellations after this will
be liable for the full cost of the booking. It is
therefore recommended that all guests take out holiday
insurance.
Entertainment
The entertainment and facilities on offer are subject to
availability and demand and the type and frequency of
entertainment provided may be altered and services
withdrawn at the discretion of the hotel without
recourse to refund.
Special Requests
Any special requests should be notified at the time of
booking and cannot be guaranteed unless pre-arranged and
agreed as part of our official confirmation.
Online bookings
Your card details are needed to secure your booking but
no money will be taken off the card at the point of
booking. Failure to turn up without cancellation will
result in the full cost being taken from the card
details supplied and we reserve the right to
pre-authorize payment.
Prices inclusive of VAT. Statutory increase in vat rates
will result in price amendments.
Credit Cards
A 2% surcharge will automatically be added to your bill
if paying balance of holiday cost by credit card.
Payment
Full payment for your stay must be made at check-in or
before either by cash, debit or credit card.
Website
The descriptions and illustrations on any of our
literature or our websites, including
www.manchesterhotel.co.uk, and any other websites that
we may operate from time to time (“Websites”) or any
third parties working as our representatives are given
as approximate representations only and given in good
faith. The Websites is provided on an “as is” basis
without any warranties of any kind. To the fullest
extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties,
including the warranty of merchantability,
non-infringement of third parties’ rights, and the
warranty of fitness for particular purpose. We make no
warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness
or timeliness of the services, software text, graphics
